General Release and waiver

$19.00

Are you planning an activity that may be captured on film? Do you want to film an activity or event without being hassled by participants afterward? Want to avoid any surprises? Then this agreement is for you!

Description

Not everyone wants to be captured on film, and that’s their individual right.  If you want to capture still or moving pictures of an activity which can later edit, modify or adapt as you wish, you will need to make sure you have the agreement of persons involved.

Its important to broach the issue with participants well before the activity starts, and to get their confirmation in writing. This will ensure that you are not prevented from using your footage at a later time, when someone changes their mind.

Get all participants attending your event to complete this release form upon entry to avoid unforeseen problems later on and to limit your liability.
